Terms and conditions of use
Please read the following General Terms and Conditions of Purchase carefully before using our services:
I.- Scope of application
All contracts, purchases of products and services shall be made in accordance with these terms and conditions. These general conditions of purchase shall apply to all future transactions without the need for a new express agreement.
By placing an order, the customer undertakes to enter into the purchase contract, set out in these conditions, with Andrea Benítez, hereinafter referred to as TIMELESS-SKATECO.
TIMELESS-SKATECO offers the marketing of its products internationally. However, if a user is interested in receiving an item outside the European Union, he/she should be aware that we are not responsible for customs duties. You can contact TIMELESS-SKATECO through the contact forms available on the website or by sending an email to info@timeless-skateco.com and we will inform you about it.
TIMELESS-SKATECO may periodically modify these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the latest version of which may be consulted at any time on this website.
II.- Communication with the client
When placing the order, the customer must indicate at least one email address, the operability of which must be ensured from the time the order is placed until the completion of the order. In particular, the customer must check the settings of his spam filter (locally and/or by his e-mail provider) and check that he receives e-mail from TIMELESS-SKATECO. This indicated e-mail address may be applied to future orders as long as the customer does not modify it or request its change or rectification.
Messages from TIMELESS-SKATECO that are sent by e-mail to the indicated e-mail address are assumed to have been received by the customer after being sent. TIMELESS-SKATECO is only liable for possible transmission errors if these are based within the scope of TIMELESS-SKATECO. The customer has the option of providing evidence of non-receipt of the message through no fault of his own.
TIMELESS-SKATECO is not obliged to notify the customer of errors, faults or inoperability of the e-mail account. However, the customer is allowed to provide evidence that the message would have been technically possible and reasonable, its receipt.
III.- Performance of the contract
In the purchase of a product or service by the customer, in the event that the customer provides a different electronic delivery address (e.g. when purchasing the products or services for someone other than himself), this shall not affect the conclusion of the contract with the customer. If, however, the customer is acting on behalf of and in the interest of a third party, the contract shall only be binding on the latter if this circumstance is proven and made known to TIMELESS-SKATECO and TIMELESS-SKATECO expressly agrees in writing to the conclusion of the contract with this third party. In all other cases, the provision of a different delivery e-mail address shall not affect the conclusion of the contract with the customer.
IV.- Acquisition
Select the product(s) and add the desired quantity to the shopping cart by clicking “Add to cart”.
You will be able to modify, for each product, the quantity you want. By clicking on the shopping cart icon or on “View shopping cart” you will be able to see the complete order, and if it is correct, select the option “Continue”. If there is any product that you do not want, you can delete it at this moment. In the same way, the possible stock of products that have been out of stock before finalizing your order and that are in your cart will be updated.
Please fill in the mandatory fields marked with an “asterisk” in the respective order form. You have the possibility to enter some data for the shipment of the order and some data for the issuing of your invoice. You will have to indicate this at this point.
Once you have confirmed your personal details, “Continue” to see the summary of your order and select the desired payment method. Here you will be shown a breakdown of the taxes and shipping costs (if any) that will be applied to the total amount of the purchase and that will depend on the selected payment method.
V.- Prices, Means of Payment and Invoicing
All the prices of the products indicated on the website include VAT and any other taxes that may apply. To the final price of the product you only have to add the shipping costs, which are:
- Nationals (Spain): 5€.
- European Community: €10
- International (Outside the European Union): 15€.
The accepted payment methods are: Stripe and Paypal.
The payment process has the highest security measures commercially available, and operates on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit algorithms, which ensure that it is only intelligible to the Client’s computer and that of the Website. In this way, using the SSL protocol guarantees:
That the Client is communicating its data to the TIMELESS-SKATECO server centre and not to anyone else who might try to impersonate it. That between the Client and our server centre the data is transmitted in encrypted form, preventing it from being read or manipulated by third parties.
The Customer undertakes to pay at the time of placing the order.
The proof of purchase corresponding to the purchase order will be sent immediately after confirming the order. If you have lost it, you can request a duplicate via the contact details indicated in this document.
The Customer must notify TIMELESS-SKATECO of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for the purchases, by email or telephone, as soon as possible so that we can take the appropriate steps.
TIMELESS-SKATECO will not send invoices via e-mail; you can request to receive the invoice on paper or by e-mail by indicating this in the ‘Order Notes’ field during the checkout process. The invoice does not set any requirement for the due date of the invoice.
Shipping conditions:
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Estimated shipping time: Spain 48h to 72h from package shipment, EU 6 to 8 days from package shipment, International 8 to 10 days from package shipment. Package shipment date may vary, depending on holidays/special dates. TIMELESS SKATECO will always communicate these special dates in advance on its Social Media profiles and/or blog.
Shipping costs
- Nationals (Spain): 5€.
- European Community: €10
- International (Outside the European Union): 15€.
VI. Formalisation, cancellation of purchases and liabilities
Once the order has been placed, i.e. with the acceptance of the General Conditions of Purchase and the confirmation of the purchase process, we will always send an email to the Customer confirming the details of the purchase made.
TIMELESS-SKATECO will accept order cancellations under the conditions indicated below. To make a cancellation you must request it using the forms available on this website or by sending an e-mail to info@timeless-skateco.com.
TIMELESS-SKATECO shall not be liable for any errors caused in the delivery when the data entered by the Customer in the order form do not correspond to reality or have been omitted.
The Customer must check that all the purchase details are correct, once the purchase has been confirmed. If you find any errors, you must notify us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections. TIMELESS-SKATECO shall not be liable for any errors made by the customer when selecting the product and the desired date.
Each delivery is considered to have been made as soon as the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, as evidenced by the control system used by the carrier. It is the responsibility of the recipient to check the order at the time of delivery and then to make any reservations and complaints that may appear justified, including the possibility of refusing the package if it has been opened or if there are obvious signs of deterioration.
VII. Warranty
Our articles are guaranteed for the period indicated here:
In the event of a defective product, the seller shall proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, which shall be free of charge for the consumer and user. There will have to be a necessary proof of the defective product in the first two weeks after delivery (for example: photos, videos). The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two weeks of becoming aware of it.
In the absence of proof to the contrary, the goods shall be deemed to be in conformity with the contract provided that they meet all of the following requirements, unless the circumstances of the case make any of them inapplicable:
Conform to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities of the product which the seller has presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model.
Are fit for the purposes for which products of the same type are normally intended.
Are fit for any special purpose required by the consumer and user where he has made this known to the seller at the time of conclusion of the contract, provided that the seller has accepted that the product is fit for such use.
They are of a quality and performance which are normal in a product of the same type and which the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product and, where appropriate, public statements on the specific characteristics of the products made by the seller, the producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or on labelling. The seller shall not be bound by such public statements if he proves that he was unaware and could not reasonably be expected to have been aware of the statement in question, that the statement had been corrected at the time of conclusion of the contract or that the statement could not have influenced the decision to purchase the product.
VIII. Right of Withdrawal
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal you will have to do so within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, you can request a withdrawal form by contacting us. Except for products or intimate apparel if the products have been manipulated, unsealed or used as indicated in section “e” of article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which reads:
(e) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
TIMELESS-SKATECO shall carry out the refund, including the delivery shipping costs, within 14 calendar days, using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly provided otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
If the consumer is the one returning the product, the refund may be withheld depending on which of the following conditions is met first:
Until receipt of the product or Until the consumer provides proof of return of the product such as proof of delivery from the transport company.

IX. Complaints
If the customer considers that their consumer rights have been violated or not attended to, they can file a complaint with the relevant Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC). To do so, and if they have a digital certificate, they can file a complaint on the website of the aforementioned Consumer Information Office. If you do not have a digital certificate, you must submit your complaint in person at our establishment or at any of the consumer offices set up for this purpose.
At the same time, it is possible to resolve complaints between us and users through consumer arbitration.
